Our Story

Braisée was born from a love of cooking that started when I was young. Some of my earliest memories are in the kitchen, learning, creating, and falling in love with the way food can turn an ordinary day into something meaningful. As I got older, cooking became more than just a hobby. It became a form of comfort, creativity, and connection. I also began to notice how easy it is for life to get busy and for meals to feel rushed or disconnected, and I wanted to bring back the kind of cooking that feels intentional, nourishing, and shared. That is what inspired me to create Braisée, a brand rooted in healthy cooking and the belief that food has the power to bring people together. After years of dreaming, learning, and building something that truly reflects my heart, I am so proud to finally share Braisée with you.

The inspiring moment

As cooking began to feel rushed, I found myself craving slower, more intentional meals that bring people together. I wanted nontoxic, versatile cookware that could handle everything from braised dinners to fresh baked bread. That desire to slow down and cook with purpose became the foundation of Braisée, a brand made for gathering, sharing, and savoring every meal

Developing the concept

What started as an idea quickly turned into hands-on development. We refined the concept, built prototypes, and partnered with experienced professionals and a trusted manufacturer to bring Braisee to life. After overcoming countless challenges, we proudly launched our first fully functional Dutch oven —marking the launch of Braisee®.

Making Braisée a reality
